About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Server to join our team in the UAE. This on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills in the food and beverage industry. Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Assist coworkers to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Adapt to changes in menu and service styles as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
1-2 years of experience in food and beverage service preferred.
Excellent customer service skills to engage with guests.
Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks.
Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
Interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members.
Knowledge of F&B operations to support daily tasks.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
