About the Role

Join our team as a Guest Experience Expert at a luxurious 5-star hotel in Dubai. In this role, you will work onsite and be the first point of contact for our guests. Your main goal is to create memorable experiences during their stay. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued.

This position offers a shift pattern that includes both day and night shifts. You will receive meals during your shifts and have access to transport to and from the hotel. A visa will be provided, along with accommodation to make your transition smooth. Additionally, you will have opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Address guest requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide information about local attractions and services.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Ability to work flexible hours.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
