About the Role

Join our team as a Junior Guest Relations Agent at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This role is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with guests and ensuring their stay is memorable. You will work onsite, engaging with guests daily and providing top-notch service. The shift pattern is flexible, with opportunities to work both day and night shifts. Responsibilities

  • Prepare for daily VIP arrivals, ensuring room allocation and special requests are met.
  • Register and process check-ins and check-outs for all VIP guests efficiently.
  • Escort VIP guests to their rooms, ensuring their comfort and security.
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate transport arrangements for guest arrivals and departures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Empathy and patience in guest interactions.
  • Courteous demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • A University Degree in Hotel Management is a plus.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
