About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Concierge Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and support. Your knowledge of local attractions and hospitality skills will enhance the guest experience. This position requires a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury brand.

Responsibilities

  • Handle guest interactions with high hospitality and professionalism.
  • Resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries effectively.
  • Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately.
  • Update desk collateral and information for local attractions regularly.
  • Store and retrieve guest luggage and packages securely.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for in-room services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Ability to make recommendations and provide accurate directions.
  • Knowledge of UAE attractions and local culture.
  • Basic knowledge of Opera PMS is preferred.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
