About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and guidance. You will work on-site, allowing you to engage directly with customers and understand their needs. This position is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy and have a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers to enhance their experience.
  • Explain various applications on our platform to help customers navigate effectively.
  • Train customers on our Software-as-a-Service platform to ensure they utilize its features fully.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries to resolve issues quickly.
  • Acknowledge and address customer complaints to improve service quality.
  • Provide feedback on customer service efficiency to help refine processes.
  • Identify opportunities to sell additional services based on customer needs.
  • Compile daily reports on efficiency and productivity to track performance.

Requirements

  • Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Have at least one year of customer service experience.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Be proficient in using computers and various software applications.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Possess a hands-on attitude and be a team player.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.

  • Mandatory contributions

    Employer must contribute to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG on the employee's behalf.
