Responsibilities
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room according to established procedures.
- Perform room attendant duties in both occupied and check-out rooms.
- Provide turndown service for guests to enhance their stay.
- Personalize the service experience for each guest to meet their unique needs.
- Assist with other tasks or projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
- Strong organization skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
