About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Restaurant Assistant Server to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will support the Server in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You will engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining the high standards of our luxury brand. Responsibilities
- Assist the Server in providing an expertly served dining experience.
- Describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests.
- Communicate guest orders to the kitchen efficiently.
- Coordinate food timings to ensure timely service.
- Check completed kitchen orders against the guest’s original order.
- Transport items to the guest table with care.
- Anticipate guest needs and ascertain their satisfaction.
- Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
Requirements
- Have experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
- Possess a high level of understanding of food and wine.
- Be proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Show an outgoing personality and a can-do approach.

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
