Responsibilities

• Engage in extinguishing fires and performing rescues to protect lives.
• Maintain emergency equipment to ensure it is ready for use.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Conduct fire inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist medical staff in handling casualties during emergencies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Government or Industrial Fire Department.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Fire Safety or Engineering role.
• NFPA Firefighter 1 and 2 (1001) or equivalent certification.
• HAZMAT Awareness 472 and HAZMAT Operations 472 certifications.
• First Aid – Highfield level 3 certification.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
