We are seeking a Mid-Level Fire Marshal to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves ensuring fire safety and emergency preparedness in various settings. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Government or Industrial Fire Department.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Fire Safety or Engineering role.
  • NFPA Firefighter 1 and 2 (1001) or equivalent certification.
  • HAZMAT Awareness 472 and HAZMAT Operations 472 certifications.
  • First Aid – Highfield level 3 certification.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
