About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Front Office Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. This role involves overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and supervision, with at least one year of relevant experience. This position is not remote; you will be required to work on-site in Dubai.

Responsibilities

  • Verify guest identity and payment methods to ensure accuracy.
  • Assign rooms and activate room keys for incoming guests.
  • Set up guest accounts based on specific requirements.
  • Ensure room rates align with current market prices.
  • Compile and verify daily reports for management review.
  • Assist management in training and evaluating front office staff.

Requirements

Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
