About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Inventory Auditor to join our team in Dubai. This on-site position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, along with experience in inventory audits. Your role will be crucial in ensuring accuracy and compliance in our inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular physical inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records to maintain integrity.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports that highlight findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to streamline processes.
  • Process audit-related inventory adjustment transactions to reflect accurate data.
  • Monitor aging inventory and partner with management to address issues.
  • Track frozen inventory lots to prevent discrepancies.
  • Investigate and manage inventory held in audit banks for compliance.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new Manufacturing Execution Systems.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with various teams to enhance collaboration.
  • Support compliance with SOX, GAAP, and other relevant standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in inventory audits and cycle count programs.
  • Strong understanding of inventory processes and internal controls.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems to manage inventory effectively.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
