Mid-Level Line Supervisor On-site in Dubai

About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Line Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a strong background in overseeing operations in a large volume laundry facility. You will ensure that all tasks meet company standards and that the team works efficiently. Good English communication skills are essential, and fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure they follow company rules and meet productivity goals.
• Track re-wash levels and work with supervisors to take corrective actions.
• Provide leadership and set clear expectations for team members.
• Assist with job orientation, performance reviews, and training for new hires.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure accuracy in laundry items and manage logistics effectively.
• Coordinate with engineering for regular equipment maintenance.
• Conduct workplace assessments to promote a culture of safety.
• Apply the Quality Policy and fulfill duties according to ISO standards.

Requirements

• Higher Secondary Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Strong planning and organizational skills for effective task management.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and supervise a team.
• Good interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Proficient computer skills for daily operations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
