About the Role

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards to protect team members and equipment.

• Develop and oversee maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 7 years of progressive experience in engineering or plant operations.
• Experience in managing engineering teams to achieve project goals.
• Hands-on experience in diagnosing equipment failures to ensure quick resolutions.
• Understanding of quality management systems and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Master’s degree in Engineering Management is preferred.
• Certifications in Quality Management Systems are an advantage.
