About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Spare Parts Officer to join our team in Sharjah. This role is essential for ensuring that our engineering teams have the necessary materials and spare parts to perform their duties effectively. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in materials coordination, procurement, and logistics, along with a technical understanding of elevators and related systems. This position requires on-site work in Sharjah, and fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support engineers in identifying materials and spare parts for projects.
• Identify sources for urgent material needs to minimize downtime.
• Check availability and coordinate timely procurement of materials.
• Arrange pickup and delivery of materials between locations.
• Create and manage material requisitions in the ERP system.
• Log, track, and monitor material consumption across company stores.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in materials coordination or procurement.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP for requisitions and tracking.
• Technical understanding of elevators, escalators, and related parts.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage tasks.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance operations and spare parts management.
