About The Role

• We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a background in manufacturing to manage our day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support strategic financial decision-making as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Track production costs, raw material usage, and stock valuation
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed
• Process payroll and expense reimbursements accurately and on time
• Maintain proper documentation and internal financial controls.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent certification (or in progress)
• Excellent Excel knowledge and skills
• Strong knowledge of an accounting software (e.g., SAP, Sage, QuickBooks)
• Cost accounting / inventory management experience
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
