Client Partner (Sales)

Role Summary

• The Client Partner is the sales engine of the agency, responsible for winning new brand and business partnerships across the agency's full creative marketing offering — advertising, creative marketing, influencer marketing, social media marketing, and ads marketing.
• This is a quota-carrying sales role focused on building a strong pipeline, positioning the agency persuasively against its offering, and handing off won accounts smoothly to Account Management for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across target industries
• Lead outreach, pitching, proposal development, and contract negotiation
• Own revenue targets and report on pipeline health and forecast accuracy
• Develop a deep understanding of the agency's full service offering — advertising, creative marketing, influencer marketing, social media marketing, and ads marketing — to tailor pitches to client needs
• Collaborate with Account Management and Creator Partnership to shape proposals and scopes of work
• Represent the agency at industry events, brand meetings, and networking opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records of prospects, deals, and client communications

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years in a sales, business development, or client partnerships role, ideally in marketing, media, or influencer / creator services
• Demonstrated record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting as well as managing inbound leads
• Working knowledge of the advertising, influencer marketing, and social media landscape
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
