We are looking for motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Agents to join a prominent financial institution's sales team in Ikoyi, Lagos.

The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting financial products, and building lasting client relationships. You will play a key role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets within your territory. This full-time position requires a proactive individual with strong communication and negotiation skills. Requirements

OND, HND, or BSc degree in any field.
Maximum age of 35 years.
At least 1 year of experience in a financial institution preferred; candidates with some sales experience and strong aptitude may also be considered.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach new customers to promote and sell financial products and services.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to management.
