Van Sales Representative

Job Summary

• We are recruiting a Van Sales Representative Driver to support sales growth and distribution operations across assigned territories.
• The ideal candidate will combine excellent driving skills with strong sales capabilities to ensure product availability, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Execute daily sales and distribution activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor stock movement and inventory levels.
• Execute merchandising and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate sales and route documentation.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Good customer relationship management abilities.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Must possess a smartphone for reporting purposes.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
