• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, or related science.
• Post-NYSC experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, documentation, or in-process quality control.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure while maintaining accuracy.

• Prepare, issue, reconcile, and archive Batch Manufacturing and Packaging Records along with other controlled documents.
• Review production documents for accuracy and compliance before Quality Assurance submission.
• Conduct and document in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging per approved procedures.
• Monitor critical process parameters to ensure they meet established specifications.
• Verify line clearance before starting manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Record and report deviations, non-conformances, and abnormalities during production.
• Maintain real-time completion of production records adhering to data integrity principles.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and QC to resolve documentation issues.

• Professional certification or registration relevant to the field.
• For Pharmacy graduates, a valid PCN practising license is desirable.
• Membership in a relevant professional body for other science graduates.
