• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D).
• Current registration and valid practicing licence with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
• Post-NYSC experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or production.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• Supervise daily pharmaceutical production activities according to approved schedules.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and company quality policies.
• Review and complete batch manufacturing records and production logs accurately.
• Monitor production processes to maintain product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams for timely product release.
• Oversee operation, cleaning, and maintenance of production equipment and areas.
• Investigate production deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Train and supervise production personnel on GMP and safety procedures.
