• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or related field.
• Post-NYSC experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, pharmaceutical production, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations according to production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company quality policies.
• Maintain production records, equipment logs, and documentation.
• Monitor critical production parameters to ensure consistent quality.
• Coordinate with QA and QC teams for sampling, testing, and product release.
• Oversee cleaning, operation, and maintenance of production equipment and areas.
• Investigate deviations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
• Manage raw material usage to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
• Train production staff on GMP, safety, and best manufacturing practices.

• Membership in the Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN) or relevant professional body.
