We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Support Staff

Location: Choba, Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Recruitment Support: Post open jobs online, screen incoming resumes, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Onboarding & Orientation: Prepare new-hire paperwork, collect identification documents, and coordinate orientation sessions.
Records Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files, including attendance, PTO, and leave logs.
Payroll & Benefits Assistance: Collect time and attendance data and help answer employee questions about benefits packages.
Internal Communication: Answer routine staff requests, route issues to the correct specialist, and draft basic HR correspondence.
