Responsibilities

• Strategy & Growth: Design and execute scalable growth strategies to enter new markets and increase the company’s bottom line.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Prospect, pitch, and close high-value deals with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Partnerships: Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic partners, vendors, and investors.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and oversee junior business development staff to hit set targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and finance teams to align pricing, product positioning, and campaigns.

Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 monthly.
