Male Executive Assistant

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Male Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and personal support to the Managing Director / CEO.
• The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, discreet, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
• Handle correspondence, emails, reports, presentations, and other official documents.
• Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and staff, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct research and prepare briefs, summaries, and reports for management.
• Follow up on tasks delegated by the CEO and ensure timely completion.
• Arrange business meetings, travel, accommodation, and itineraries when required.
• Maintain confidential company and executive information.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the CEO.
• Monitor important deadlines, appointments, projects, and commitments.
• Represent the CEO professionally when communicating with internal and external contacts.
• Support the CEO in coordinating personal and business-related schedules where necessary.
• Handle other duties that may reasonably be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Communications, or a related field with 2 – 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Officer, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
• Good understanding of business administration and office procedures.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
• Must be professional, presentable, reliable, and highly responsible.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving experience may be an added advantage, especially where the role involves supporting the executive with movement and errands.
