Marketing & Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Summary

• Our client is seeking a commercially minded, hands-on Marketing & Sales Manager to lead an integrated marketing and sales strategy across all subsidiaries.
• This is a management-level role reporting directly to the Managing Director, leading a cross-functional team spanning growth marketing, sales, distributor networks, and client engagement.

What you'll own

• Group-wide marketing & sales strategy development
• Revenue growth across spa services, retail, e-commerce & mobile app
• Digital performance marketing — SEO, paid search, paid social, retargeting
• Brand consistency & market positioning across all subsidiaries
• Sales target-setting, conversion optimization & pricing strategy
• Partnerships, events & stakeholder engagement
• Performance reporting & data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• BA / BSc in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (postgraduate/professional qualification a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing & Sales, ideally within a multi-brand or group structure
• Proven record of driving revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing tools
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skill.
