Job Summary

• We are looking for an exceptional Senior Business Development & Sales Executive whose primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities and consistently convert prospects into long-term clients.
• This role is for a proactive hunter, someone who enjoys opening new markets, building a strong sales pipeline, negotiating high-value contracts, and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
• The successful candidate will be expected to spend significant time in the field engaging decision-makers, identifying emerging opportunities, and positioning the company’s Integrated Services as the preferred partner for prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across target industries.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, referrals, cold calling, market intelligence, digital outreach, and face-to-face meetings.
• Present the company's services professionally and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close profitable business deals.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations, government agencies, and private sector businesses.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports using the company's CRM or reporting systems.
• Represent the company’s Integrated Services at business events, conferences, networking forums, and industry meetings.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of proven experience in business development and B2B sales.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently generating new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network of corporate and business contacts is an added advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of professionalism, resilience, confidence, and persistence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively for client engagements.
