• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in SME banking, sales, or business development is essential.
• Experience in microfinance or financial services is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of SME business operations and credit analysis is crucial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial analysis skills are required.

• Conduct thorough preliminary credit assessments and comprehensive business evaluations for SMEs.
• Monitor SME loan portfolios to ensure quality, performance, and sustainability.
• Ensure all customer onboarding processes adhere to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
