Sales / Customer Care Service Representative

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

• They are seeking for a Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative to join their retail store in Wuse 2, Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily sales and customer service while supporting store operations.
• The role also offers an opportunity to learn practical skills such as balloon bouquets, floral bouquets, and gift wrapping.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day sales and customer service at the store.
• Assist customers with the purchase of children's toys, gifts, party packs, balloons, and back-to-school items.
• Respond to customer enquiries and support sales activities.
• Learn and assist with creating balloon bouquets, floral bouquets, and gift wrapping.
• Use computer systems for invoicing and digital printing.
• Manage customer responses and sales promotions across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Use CapCut for basic promotional content.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the store and its surrounding environment.
• Ensure products and displays are neat, organized, and presentable.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including invoicing.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and CapCut.
• Willingness to learn balloon decoration, floral arrangement, and gift wrapping.
• Customer-focused, friendly, and professional.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours when required.

Salary
Up to N100,000/month.
