Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time - Hybrid (Remote with one mandatory in-office day per week)

Role Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Telemarketing & Sales Representative to support the growth of our two sister brands.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on leads, converting prospects into customers, maintaining strong customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, communicates confidently, and enjoys turning opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up on all assigned leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Convert enquiries into paying customers while meeting assigned sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to encourage repeat business and reactivate dormant leads.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM after every customer interaction.
• Promote products, services, offers, and campaigns across both sister brands.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products where appropriate.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and within the required turnaround time.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
• Participate in weekly in-office meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.
• Represent both brands professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years' experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, business development, or a related role.
• Experience working in a bank is an added advantage.
• Experience using CRM software and WhatsApp Business is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.

Remuneration

• Base Salary: N80,000 per month.
• Performance-based bonus tied to revenue milestones.
• Transport allowance for required in-office attendance.
• Additional performance incentives as applicable.
