Job Summary

Acabado Products International is seeking a reliable, target-driven, and professional Sales Driver to join our distribution team.
In this dual role, you will be responsible for safely operating company delivery vehicles while actively promoting and selling our product line to new and existing retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
You will act as the face of the brand on the road, ensuring timely deliveries, excellent customer service, and maximum market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Direct Sales & Distribution: Transport, deliver, and sell Acabado products to retail stores, wholesalers, and commercial clients along designated routes.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with store managers, purchasing agents, and local vendors to secure repeat business.
Order Generation & Upselling: Identify sales opportunities at customer locations, introduce new product offerings, and negotiate small-scale orders to meet monthly sales targets.
Vehicle & Inventory Management: Perform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections, maintain accurate logs of inventory loaded and sold, and manage daily stock reconciliation.
Payment Collection: Handle cash and digital payment collections securely, issuing accurate invoices and receipts upon delivery.
Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback and report competitor activities or pricing changes to the sales management team.
Driving Experience: Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record and at least 2–3 years of commercial driving experience.
Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record in field sales, door-to-door distribution, or van sales with strong communication skills.
Route Knowledge: Familiarity with local road networks, traffic patterns, and commercial delivery hubs.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle repetitive lifting, loading, and unloading of goods (up to 25–50 lbs regularly).
Basic Mathematics: Proficiency in handling cash transactions, calculating orders, and managing basic stock reporting.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
