Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Representative to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
In this role, you will identify prospective clients, build strong customer relationships, present product solutions, and close sales opportunities to achieve targets.
You will serve as a key ambassador for our brand, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying new market avenues.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, contact, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, field visits, and online research.
Client Engagement & Sales Pitching: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to potential and existing clients' needs.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts, store managers, and distributors to ensure repeat orders.
Negotiation & Closing: Present pricing proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales in alignment with company guidelines and profitability goals.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to share actionable insights with the sales management team.
Sales Reporting: Record daily activities, track leads, update sales pipelines, and submit weekly performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Sales Track Record: 2–4 years of experience in direct sales, business development, or account management, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with an ability to connect effectively across diverse audiences.
Negotiation & Closing Ability: Strong persuasion and closing skills with a proven track record of handling customer objections.
Self-Motivation & Drive: High level of initiative, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Organization & Time Management: Excellent route planning, scheduling, and pipeline management capabilities.
