Job Summary

• We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-drivenSales Executive (Telecomms)/Kiosk Agentsto promote and sell our products and services while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, driving sales, and meeting assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's products and services to walk-in and prospective customers.
• Generate new leads through field sales activities and customer engagement.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and available offers.
• Convert prospects into paying customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Accurately process customer registrations, applications, and sales documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues where necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming kiosk or sales point.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Completion of the mandatory NYSC programme.
• Demonstrated interest in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, confident, and professional appearance.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
