Sales Representative (Courier and Logistics Institute)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Representative for a Courier and Logistics Institute.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets while representing the company's products and services professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations where necessary.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities promptly.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms within approved company guidelines.
• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess basic knowledge of AI tools (Chatgpt and Claude AI)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Must reside in or around Ogudu, Ojota, Ketu, Gbagada, Maryland, Magodo, or nearby areas.
