Job Summary
- Our Client is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, stock security, deliveries, and transfers to boutiques.
- The successful candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory records, timely fulfilment, and effective loss-prevention controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and fulfilment operations.
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock transfers.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts/reconciliations.
- Coordinate deliveries and transfers to boutiques and other business locations.
- Maintain proper storage, handling, and security of inventory.
- Implement effective stock control and loss-prevention measures.
- Monitor warehouse processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
- Coordinate with Retail, Sales, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Monitor warehouse staff, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, losses, and fulfilment issues.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory, warehouse performance, and stock movements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, fulfilment, or logistics management.
- Proven experience managing warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and loss prevention.
- Experience coordinating deliveries and inter-location/boutique stock transfers.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory/warehouse management systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, FMCG, or a multi-location business environment is an advantage.
