Job Title: Weekend Customer Service Representative

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Weekends

Description

Marsand Bespoke Joinery is looking for a professional, courteous, and customer-focused Weekend Customer Service Representative to join our team.
We specialise in high-end bespoke interiors, including kitchens, wardrobes, doors, TV consoles, sofas, and complete bespoke interior installations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally.
Respond to customer enquiries received in person, by phone, and through other communication channels.
Provide clients with accurate information about Marsand’s products and services.
Record and manage customer enquiries and ensure relevant information is properly documented.
Direct enquiries to the appropriate team member where necessary.
Follow up on assigned enquiries and ensure customers receive timely responses.
Maintain a professional and welcoming front-desk environment.
Assist with basic administrative and customer-service duties during weekends.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, front desk, reception, sales, or a related role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, confident, well-presented, and professional.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable speaking with clients and handling enquiries.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer and digital communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism throughout the weekend.
Experience in the interior design, construction, furniture, or related industry is an added advantage.
