About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Assistant Banquet Manager to join our team in Metro Manila. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of events and enhancing guest experiences. You will work closely with various teams to deliver exceptional service and uphold our standards. If you have a passion for event operations and guest satisfaction, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate with culinary teams to maintain service flow during events.
Welcome event organizers and guests, providing a warm and professional atmosphere.
Support the Director of Banquets in supervising and training team members.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards to maintain a secure environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Banquets or Events management.
Strong knowledge of banquet operations and service delivery.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide the team effectively.
Financial awareness, including budgeting and cost management.
