About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Order & Invoice Management Specialist to join our team in Makati. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate order processing and invoice management across various markets. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience by effectively managing order lifecycles. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in resolving any billing issues proactively.

As a part of our team, you will contribute to process improvements and system enhancements, ensuring compliance and data integrity at all times. If you are fluent in English and Korean, and have experience with O2C operations, SAP, and Power BI, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Deliver accurate and timely order and invoice processing across multiple markets.
Ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience by managing order lifecycles effectively.
Proactively resolve billing and operational issues to avoid disruptions.
Support process improvements, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
Maintain compliance, data integrity, and audit readiness at all times.

Requirements
