About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Attendant for our Centralized Scheduling team in Metro Manila. This on-site position offers an opportunity to contribute to our scheduling processes and enhance operational efficiency. As a Junior Attendant, you will play a vital role in producing rosters and managing attendance reports. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Produce rosters and daily reports in a timely manner.
Encode roster details into the Virtual Roster system.
Monitor and coordinate attendance reports for accuracy.
Coordinate and monitor leave approvals to ensure compliance.
Generate reports from Virtual Roster and Time Manager for management review.
Address queries related to Virtual Roster and Time Manager promptly.
Assist in documenting processes and procedures for clarity.
Support rostering-related projects to improve efficiency.
Maintain and update employee records in the Virtual Roster system.
Act in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Requirements

At least 0 to 2 years of experience in scheduling roles.
A college degree is preferred for this position.
Experience in time attendance and leave monitoring is an advantage.
Strong customer service skills to address employee inquiries.
Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
Integrity and self-motivation are essential for success.
Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.
