About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Driver for an on-site transportation role in Metro Manila. In this position, you will provide essential transportation services to guests using company vehicles. Responsibilities

Assist and provide transportation service to guests using company vehicles.
Ensure guest safety, security, and comfort at all times.
Report vehicle status and issues to your supervisor promptly.
Check the accuracy of booking details before each trip.
Maintain cleanliness and condition of vehicles regularly.
Assist guests with luggage and vehicle doors as needed.
Provide information about property facilities and services to guests.
Document and report vehicle incidents and guest complaints accurately.

Requirements

At least 2 years of work experience in the hotel, casino, or vehicle rental industry.
College diploma or equivalent professional training is required.
Ability to work on flexible shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to ensure vehicle readiness.
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
