About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Field Commercial Executive to join our team in Muntinlupa City. This role is essential for driving sales and promoting our product portfolio. As a key player in the field, you will engage directly with customers and partners to enhance our market presence. Responsibilities

Negotiate and sell the PMFTC portfolio to meet sales targets.
Execute targeted commercial activities to boost brand visibility.
Understand retail and LAS profiles to tailor approaches effectively.
Provide quality customer service to enhance client relationships.
Coordinate with business partners to align strategies and goals.
Educate consumers on PMFTC products to drive informed decisions.
Track daily cash collection and accounts receivable for accuracy.

Requirements

High school graduate; college graduate preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
Experience in field sales to navigate customer interactions.
Negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
Comfortable riding a panel truck or L300 for field visits.
Ability to adapt to flexible schedules, including early starts.
