About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Metro Manila. This is an onsite role with a shift pattern of 8 hours, including day and night shifts. Night shift differentials apply. You will provide excellent customer service during check-in and check-out. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
Maintain knowledge of hotel features and services.
Upsell rooms and transportation services to guests.
Ensure guest property security and confidentiality.
Resolve guest issues effectively and gather feedback.
Participate in employee training and follow company policies.

Requirements

1 year of receptionist experience in a hotel.
College graduate or equivalent professional training.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Fluent in English (B2 level).
