About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Junior Laundry Agent to join our team in Metro Manila. This role is essential for keeping our guests' garments and hotel linens clean and presentable. You will work full-time, with shifts scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Night shift differentials apply. Meal breaks are provided during your shift, and transport will be arranged for night shifts.

Responsibilities

Perform daily laundry tasks like sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding, and finishing.
Ensure proper handling of guest laundry, hotel linen, and staff uniforms.
Follow correct washing formulas and fabric care procedures.
Ensure timely processing and delivery of all laundry items.
Handle guest laundry with care and attention to detail.
Check guest garments for damages or special instructions before processing.
Sort and process linens by type, color, and fabric.
Participate in training sessions and SOP briefings.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic English communication skills (B2 level).
Attention to detail and reliability.
