About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Assistant Club Floor Manager to join our team in Metro Manila. This role is essential for ensuring a high standard of service in our Club Lounge. You will assist in overseeing daily operations and provide personalized service to our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations of the Club Lounge to ensure guest satisfaction.
Deliver personalized service to Club Floor guests, enhancing their experience.
Support setup and preparation of Club Lounge areas for events and guests.
Supervise Club Lounge Agents during operations to maintain service quality.
Coordinate with various departments for seamless guest service and support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a luxury hotel environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
Attention to detail and quality orientation in service delivery.
