Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, courteous, and personalized check-in and check-out services to guests.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to enhance their stay.
• Assign rooms according to guest preferences and availability, ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage all cashiering duties in accordance with hotel policies, maintaining accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Front Office or guest service within a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to engage with guests effectively.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in PMS systems like Opera or equivalent.
• Basic financial and cashiering knowledge to handle transactions accurately.
