About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Public Area Supervisor to join our team in Metro Manila. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our public spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. As a Public Area Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and uphold our high standards of service. Responsibilities

Supervise daily cleaning and upkeep of public areas to maintain a pristine environment.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Handle guest feedback related to cleanliness and address concerns promptly.
Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures for cleaning tasks.
Supervise Public Area Attendants and track their performance effectively.
Ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards to promote guest safety.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in luxury hotel housekeeping.
Previous supervisory experience is an advantage for this role.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards.
Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination.
Guest service orientation to enhance the overall guest experience.
