About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Reporting Specialist to join our team in Makati. This role requires a strong background in reporting and analytics, particularly within Talent Acquisition operations. You will work closely with various stakeholders to provide insights that drive recruitment performance. If you have advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Build and maintain reports that track recruitment pipeline health and hiring performance.
Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights.
Interpret Power BI dashboards and data sets into clear business narratives.
Support a data-driven culture within Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting and analytics.
Proficient in advanced Excel and Power BI.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills for effective collaboration.
Familiarity with ATS platforms like SuccessFactors is a plus.
