About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Sales Supervisor to join our team in Tuguegaro, Cagayan Valley. This is an onsite position that requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead a team to achieve sales targets while fostering strong relationships with clients. Your role will be crucial in driving sales initiatives and ensuring that our team meets its goals.

In this position, you will utilize your field sales experience and supervisory skills to guide your team effectively. You will also engage in consultative selling to understand client needs better and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Prepare sales reports and present findings to upper management.

Requirements

At least 4 years of supervisory experience in sales.
Proven field sales experience with a successful track record.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
