About the Role

The Bellman position is essential in providing excellent customer service at our hotel in Metro Manila. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are smooth and welcoming. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork. You will assist guests with their needs and promote our hotel’s services, including the Hilton Honors program. Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate concierge services to enhance guest experiences.
• Assist guests with requests and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote the Hilton Honors program to encourage guest loyalty.
• Manage guest luggage and transportation arrangements efficiently.
• Maintain the lobby appearance and ensure hotel materials are well-presented.
