About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Business Building Executive to join our team in Tuguegaro, Cagayan Valley. This is an onsite position that requires a proactive approach to managing and expanding your assigned territory. You will play a crucial role in influencing trade partners to adopt our company programs and ensuring the successful execution of various initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow your assigned territory effectively.
Influence trade partners to adopt company programs and initiatives.
Drive in-store execution of promotional initiatives.
Support the execution of consumer loyalty initiatives.
Monitor and address any pricing deviations in the market.
Track and report key performance indicators regularly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Hold a valid driver's license for at least one year.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Have experience in consultative selling and field sales.
Proficiency in performance monitoring and data analysis.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Experience with relevant sales or trade marketing projects is a plus.
