Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and organization of stewarding areas to ensure efficiency.
Perform dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen equipment to maintain hygiene.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas.
Ensure adequate stock of clean kitchenware for daily operations.
Adhere to HACCP and food safety standards to promote health and safety.

Requirements

Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations is preferred.
Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices is essential.
