About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to join our team in Metro Manila. In this role, you will oversee inventory management and ensure that stock levels are maintained efficiently. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in keeping accurate records and supporting our procurement processes. This position is fully onsite, allowing you to work closely with your team and contribute to a smooth operational flow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of stock movements to ensure data integrity.
• Track inventory levels and notify the Purchasing team for timely replenishment.
• Classify and code items properly to facilitate easy retrieval.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of storerooms to promote a safe working environment.
• Issue stocks based on approved requisition forms to meet operational needs.
• Verify quantities received to ensure accuracy in deliveries.
• Conduct daily spot checks and monthly physical inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Assist in monitoring usage to prevent waste or misuse of resources.
• Keep complete records of receiving reports and issuance logs for accountability.
• Handle goods properly to prevent damage during storage and retrieval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures for effective oversight.
• Basic understanding of procurement and receiving processes to support operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory software for efficient tracking.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Integrity and accountability in all aspects of work.
